Helen Chapman

Helen was appointed Operations Manager of the Dorset Heart Clinic in 2019. Before joining Dorset Heart Clinic she was Regional Operations Manager at The Harley Medical Group, a healthcare company operating plastic and cosmetic surgery clinics across the United Kingdom. She led the company’s South Region, covering 9 Clinics including London where she managed and led high performing teams, consisting of surgeons, doctors, nurses and clinic managers for all clinics.

She is a committed professional, with extensive Regional Manager, Clinical Governance and CQC Registered Manager experience, in both the Aesthetic and Medical industries.

Helen has the ability to manage and lead high performing teams effectively, whilst supporting company vision, mission, values and marketing strategy.  Developing effective policies, processes and procedures, resulting in ‘gold standard’ customer service and improving patient pathways & public relations. Strong financial management skills, in coaching and leading teams to achieve financial targets and goals.

With attention to detail, sales, training and IT Skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and organisational ability she has a proven track record of achieving commercial success.
