Claire Dellow

Claire has been working in the private healthcare sector for the last 10 years and brings a wealth of experience in customer service management and relationship building. She prides herself in being an approachable and knowledgeable leader with strong communication skills.

She was previoulsy the patient services manager within the Nuffield hospitals group. During her tenure at Nuffield she had a number of key marketing and operational roles. This included a GP account management role where she built and grew relationships, as well as planning and hosting a highly successful GP education programme. She also has a consumer marketing focus and was responsible for delivering the marketing plan to launch a £30m hospital expansion in 2015.

In her current role, she works in our Cambridge office to support Cambdridge Heart Clinic, one of our oldest NHS joint ventures that has been open since 2008, a partnership with Cambridge University Hospitals based within Addenbrooke's hospital.
