Regent’s Park announces 100,000 patient milestone

LONDON, United Kingdom, 15 May, 2014: Regent’s Park Heart Clinics (Regent’s Park), an independent company specialising in the provision of cardiology services, today announced that late last week it reached the 100,000 mark for patients treated in its facilities. The 100,000 figure represents the total number of patients admitted into our nationwide network of facilities since we first became operational in April 2003.

Dr. Ohri, Founder and Chief Executive of Regent’s Park said: “We are very proud and excited to reach this extremely significant mark in our history. Our growth is on schedule and moving forward.”

Regent’s Park has been a national provider of cardiology services to the NHS since 2003. The company comprises five operating divisions arranged across a nationwide network of cardiac catheterisation laboratories, cardiac personnel and specialist heart clinics that together have delivered (just) over 100,000 invasive cardiology procedures – coronary angiograms, coronary angioplasty, cardiac electrophysiology, transcatheter aortic valve implantations, defibrillator insertions and pacing procedures. Regent’s Park prides itself on its ability to deliver high quality, cost effective cardiac care, through excellent service, efficient operations management, well trained staff and uncompromising professionalism.

The Regent’s Park guiding philosophy is that every patient with heart disease should have access to healthcare of a world-class standard.
