SALISBURY, WILTSHIRE, United Kingdom, 19 November 2025: Regent’s Park Healthcare (RPH) is proud to announce that it has been officially awarded ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System accreditation following a successful Stage 2 audit by the British Assessment Bureau.
ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for organisations seeking to demonstrate their commitment to effective environmental management. Certification confirms that RPH has implemented robust, measurable, and continuously improving processes to minimise environmental impact across its nationwide cardiac services, clinical operations, and healthcare facilities.
Dr Ohri, CEO of Regent’s Park Healthcare, commented:
“Achieving ISO 14001 marks a major milestone in our commitment to responsible and sustainable healthcare delivery. It reflects the integrity of our team, the quality of our processes, and our absolute determination to operate in a way that protects both patients and the planet.”
RPH underwent a comprehensive external audit assessing its environmental policies, operational controls, legal compliance, waste management procedures, and continuous improvement framework. The certification demonstrates that RPH:
Has a fully embedded and proactive environmental management system
Minimises environmental risks across all operational sites
Monitors and reduces energy, waste, and resource consumption
Ensures compliance with UK environmental legislation
Embeds sustainability principles into healthcare innovation and service delivery
Dr Ohri added:
“A special thank you goes to Mr. Thomas Cairns, who led the compliance work for this ISO at RPH, and whose dedication and leadership were instrumental in securing this accreditation. His commitment to excellence exemplifies the values we aspire to at RPH.”
The ISO 14001 achievement reinforces RPH’s continued investment in high-quality, sustainable healthcare and strengthens its position as a trusted partner to NHS Trusts across the UK.
This accreditation also follows RPH’s successful award of ISO 9001, the global standard for quality management. Together, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 demonstrate the strength, maturity, and reliability of RPH’s operational, clinical, and governance frameworks. These dual certifications significantly enhance RPH’s capability to deliver safe, sustainable, and consistently high-quality cardiac care for our NHS partners, patients, and communities nationwide.
